These terms are an agreement between you and The Open Apps, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"), for the Nadirball plugin in ChatGPT and the website nadirball.ambientapp.ai. By playing Nadirball you accept these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.

1. What Nadirball is

Nadirball is a daily football grid game. Each day there is one grid for everyone, made of three row and three column headers (clubs from the Süper Lig, Premier League and Bundesliga, and sometimes a nation). Each square needs a footballer who played for both of its headers. You have 9 guesses a day. Each correct answer scores the share of that day's players who picked the same footballer for that square, and a lower total is better. A new grid starts every day at midnight Türkiye time.

Nadirball costs nothing to play and has no ads. OpenAI provides ChatGPT and is not a party to these terms.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to play.

3. Answers and club histories

Answers are checked against club histories from Wikidata, a free, public database, including every past club and loan spell recorded there. Like any public database it can be incomplete or wrong. If you think a correct answer was rejected, use the Report button in the grid: a person checks the player's history, and if you were right we add the missing club and your guess turns correct. Our decision on a report is final for that day's scores.

4. Fair play

Play with your own knowledge. Don't use bots, scripts or many accounts to submit guesses, query the answer checker in bulk, or change other players' rarity. We may remove guesses or boards that do, and limit or block access.

5. Clubs, leagues and names

Club, league and player names are used only to identify them. Nadirball is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any club, league, federation or player. We show no club crests or player photos.

6. Share links

A share link shows one board's coloured squares, rarity and score to anyone who has the link; players' names appear only after that grid closes. Deleting your data removes your share links.

7. The service

We work to keep Nadirball available but can't promise it will always be. Grids, scoring rules and features may change. We may end the service; if we do, we will say so on the website first.

8. Liability

Nadirball is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Nadirball is limited to $50. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
